Megan Brenn-White

Megan bought her first apartment on a perfect brownstone block in Park Slope, Brooklyn when she was 22 for $79,000 and that experience showed her just how financially transformative real estate could be.

After attending Harvard for undergraduate and the London School of Economics for her master's she started working as part of the first dotcom boom and built an international marketing business based in NYC with higher education clients in over 20 countries.

The Hudson Valley and the Catskills became the place that she and her husband Robert escaped to whenever they really wanted a break from the constant jet lag and to BREATHE that incredible, sweet air. Instead of just buying a weekend home upstate, they went whole hog and decided to move full-time instead. A few years later, they now own five properties and Megan has built the Upstate Curious Team — one of the most (if not the most) successful real estate agent teams in the Hudson Valley + Catskills.

She is OBSESSED with real estate and this community. She is reading and talking non-stop about both topics and loves to share what she is learning with clients (and friends and anyone else who will listen).
