Megan Buchanan

Megan was born and raised in Lewis County and lived in Mason County and Pierce County before settling in Thurston County. Her professional experiences prepared her to be a customer-focused and tenacious realtor. She worked as an escrow assistant, which helps guide her clients through the entire transaction process. Her experience as a medical account analyst helped her develop diligence. Her strong background in contract negotiations were the result of her time spent helping a local start-up company successfully develop and negotiate contracts with the U.S. Department of Defense, the Washington Department of Labor & Industries, and many other large insurance companies. She has a strong understanding of developing raw land and construction. She brings to bear all these experiences to help her clients, ranging from first-time home buyers to commercial investors, achieve their goals.
