Megan is recognized as Coldwell Banker's International Sterling Society Award 2016, top 17% of all sales professionals. Megan is also a Certified Relocation Agent and a Military Certified Agent helping clients through incentivized housing programs.

Megan Conlin was raised in Southern California. She attended Diego State University where she received her Business Marketing degree. During her time there Megan became Certified in E-Marketing and also recognized with the Scholar Athlete Award. Shortly after she decided to put her marketing skills to the test and peruse her career in Real Estate.

Megan markets all her listings through SEO, Social media, video marketing and print marketing. She also has experience working alongside contractors doing remodels, flips or just getting a property ready for market.
