My husband and I were very nervous to begin the home buying process, especially since this was our first home. Once we met Megan, she put our mind at ease and was very patient along the way. We had been browsing listings for a few months, slowly waiting to pull the trigger and then our dream home hit the market. Megan was instantly on top of it. She got us pre-approved on a Saturday, we saw the house on Sunday and put in an offer that same day. Our offer was accepted within 24 hours and we owe it all to Megan. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother process from start to finish and it made us question why we had waited so long. Megan is trustworthy, generous and so kind. She is incredible at her job and we cannot thank her enough.

Megan helped me with the sale of a property for an estate that I was serving as the Personal Representative of. She was diligent in understanding the needs of the property to get it in the best condition to sell and was invaluable helping navigate some difficult parties and personalities during the sales process. She worked to price the property aggressively and, also, was very smart about knowing when to reduce and how much especially as rising interest rates had affected purchase prices. We ultimately got a strong offer and she negotiated favorable closing terms with the Buyer. During the actual closing process she helped drive the process efficiently and was a big help securing the contractors I needed to meet contract contingencies. In many ways she anticipated my needs and also exceeded my expectations – definitely a great person to work with. Quite confident she would do an equally excellent job for any other buyer or seller out there and I recommend her highly.

I worked with Megan in April 2022 - she was awesome! I almost felt like family the way I was treated. Consistent calls/texts of available places or open houses, and an open and honest dialogue throughout the whole process. Being a first time homeowner, I also really appreciated the way Megan took the time to explain everything as we went along. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a home, regardless of the area!
