Megan began selling real estate in 2004 and she has helped over 500 customers buy and sell homes. In 2010, Megan owned and managed a team that sold over $32 million in real estate, making it the top producing team in the company. Since 2018 Megan has been ranked among the top brokers for the Albuquerque Association of Realtors, selling over $12 million in real estate each year.
Megan joined Vista Encantada Realtors in August of 2011 because of the boutique concept– it is a perfect fit! After many years of selling real estate on a team, she desired to join a company that is built on customer service. Megan loves the foundation Vista Encantada is built on, the values that it implores, and the people who call it home.

On a personal note… Megan is married to an amazing man who is an assistant manager for Trader Joes. They have been married since 1999 and are excited for many more great years to come! The have had the great blessing of raising their two boys and beautiful daughter-in-love, Patrick & Zoe, and Christian. Megan loves being a mom–teaching, adventuring, and learning with them! And of course, they would not be complete without their little Australian Shepherd, Sydney. As a family, they enjoy camping (especially the S’mores) and watching movies. Megan loves to spoil others with her home-baked treats and hand-made chocolates. Which leads her to her love for fitness and exercise! Megan attends and volunteer in various ministries within her church, and above all, Megan loves serving the Lord by serving people!
