I can’t imagine my first home buying experience going any easier and smoother! We met with Megan to discuss her being our realtor and within one month of us meeting we were closing on our first house! Megan was super helpful, answered all my questions and text message right away. Didn’t matter the day or time. Since it was our first house she was able to walk us through it all and explain everything to us in ways I could understand, since the documents you sign are endless lol. We are so lucky to call Megan a friend and our realtor. I would recommend her to everyone. She kept us informed, up to date on what needed to be sign and turned in, closed on our home in 21 days, and made it stress free. So happy we got to work with her!! 🤗

Megan was great to work with. She was quick to respond to our questions and always explained every step during our listing and sale. We always felt Megan had our back during the whole process. We received more than we thought we ever would and that was due to Megan's marketing our house to the right buyers.

Megan Gullotta is the best realtor out there! I promise when you choose her as your realtor she will go above and beyond her role. She was so patient with my husband and I as we navigated buying our very 1st home. It is no secret that the 2021 market is INSANE, but we had complete trust in her which paid off. Megan helped us write a competitive first offer and it was accepted!

She guided us every step of the way and answered the million questions I had day or night and even on vacation she was texting me back (which I told her not too). We can't thank Megan enough for reassuring us through the complex process of buying a home.
