My wife and I targeted a neighborhood, and general parameters of the type home in which we had an interest. Megan reviewed with us the homes that were listed at that time that met our needs, and she set up an e-mail notification of new listings in the targeted community. One thing I particularly appreciated about Megan was she communicated only when needed and did not flood the e-mail waves with unessential chatter, just direct and to the point. Megan was patient, and always left the decision to us without pressure. The house we finally selected was after only one visit, and some time passed before we made the offer. Megan executed our instructions, without hesitation and closed the deal. Not once did Megan push us in any particular direction, just consistently answered questions, and met our requests, several of which we felt were a bit beyond the "call of duty". In these instances Megan's reply was "that's my job". For those reasons my wife and I would wholeheartedly endorse her!
