She was more than just a realtor…she was a steady, empathetic guide who walked with us through every step of the process. Megan checked in on us constantly, not just about the transaction, but about how we were really doing.

She took the time to explain every detail, every contract, every option..making sure we fully understood and felt comfortable before moving forward. It never felt like we were just another deal to close. Megan genuinely cared about what was best for our family, and it showed in everything she did.

Megan is amazing. She assisted my family and I in selling our home and buying the next in a very short amount of time. She communicated very well throughout the whole process. Even when I first called her to look at a home she had listed, I had absolutely nothing ready on my current home at the time. She still treated me with respect and was very patient. You will not be disappointed with her. If you don’t know where to even start or are nervous… just call her. Awesome to get along with to, which helps a ton. Because buying or selling a property can be stressful. She makes it stress free. Hire her already!

As a first time home buyer, I thought the process would a monumental headache. However, due to the efficient and attentive work of Megan, finding a house was far more easier than I anticipated. Despite the many houses we pestered her about for walk-throughs (including the creepy house with the labyrinth for a basement...), patience was never lost and her diligence in scheduling walk-throughs for the next house was unparalleled. During the two month wait to close, she kept us in the loop and handled the middle-man tasks between buyer and seller expertly. As cliché as it may be, thanks to her efforts, we were able to land an affordable house in the middle of a pandemic and seller's market.

Megan has made the process of selling our house in South Dakotah while purchasing a house in FL so easy! As stressed as the move was making me, I was never worried about anything on her end. She checked in on us several times throughout the process and even offered advice for the FL house. She was on top of things throughout the entire process. A co-worker of mine (who sold and bought a house through Megan) recommended her to me and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a house. Also, her company has a flat rate fee and does not go off of the typical 3% per realtor. You will save money and be provided far better service than I have received from any other realtor!
