Megan was an absolute DREAM to work with!!! We picked her purely based on location/google reviews and we were thrilled every step of the way. We purchased two lots and a condo with her — she was never pushy, just very clear and honest and thoughtful, and her response time is lightning fast. Altogether, incredibly helpful and patient and a WEALTH of local knowledge to help us figure out the area we wanted to be in.

She drove us around all day looking at different places, returning to lots of land we wanted to revisit, and even letting our two dogs tag along. She has tons of knowledge about rentability for short-term rentals, pros/cons of different areas, permitting/regulations for builds, local costs/builders, and so much more.

Her guidance on what offers would be reasonable and how to get a fair price on what we were going for was central to our moving forward. And on top of all of that, she was incredibly kind, personable, thoughtful, and patient with us as we figured out what direction we wanted to go and during the entire closing process, including some changes midway through on our part.

All in all - 10/5 stars, you will not regret working with her!!!

Megan went above and beyond in the purchase of my condo. She was always available to answer questions and was quick to respond with any “homework assignments”. Using Megan Pantella as our realtor was a fantastic decision for our family. To say she went above and beyond for us would be an understatement. Megan was straight forward, helpful and knowledgeable as she guided us through the process of buying our home. It is worth mentioning that during this process there has been the largest wildfire in NM history which looked very likely to impact the property we were buying. Megan remained calm throughout in what must have been a very stressful situation. She went out of her way for us even when it looked like there may be no sale at all. Our family is extremely grateful for her integrity and hard work.
