Extremely appreciative of Modern Collective Real Estate for helping me buy my first home. I knew close to nothing about the home buying process when we started and they took the time to explain everything so I could make educated decisions on moving forward with a home or not. They were always easy to reach and were on top of it when it came to getting documents sent in. They were also flexible on making it to appointments that I wasn’t able to during work. They counseled us at every step of the process, and the sellers’ agent had a ton of praise for their professionalism and communication. Our experiencing Chad @ Mountain State Realty was awesome! He made the entire process absolutely simple and easy for us. He took care of all communications with potential buyers and answered all questions we had. We were concerned with our hour sitting on the market for too long given the current market and we had it wrapped up and sold in no time. Plus the savings on commissions was a plus!
