We have bought and sold several properties and Megan Saputo was the ONLY realtor who took care of the whole transaction and executed it perfectly. It was the only transaction that we did not have to follow up on, as she took care of everything. Usually we had to check and to make sure that all of the i's were dotted and the t's crossed. Megan has given us great advice on mortgages as well. She is knowledgeable about property management, mortgages, real estate law - she did it all. Megan is honest and realistic and , always puts her client's first. It is obvious that Megan learned from her father at a very early age. Her father was a successful real estate broker and developer. I found Megan to be very professional and personable. She helped to sell my mom's house very quickly. She is also very responsive and explained everything that was going on in ordinary layperson's terms that we could understand. We were in a very unique situation and she came through for us.
