My wife and I were looking to purchase a home in the Port St. Lucie area while living in the Chicago area. We worked with a couple of realtors prior to working with Megan, and we had absolutely no luck. The market was incredibly hot at the time and it seemed anything we were interested in was gone within two days for well over asking price. Through a common friend we were introduced to Megan. My wife went down and worked with Megan to view houses but nothing was available at that time. Megan would either videotape a walk-through or do FaceTime with us when other houses came on the market. She did several homes in this manner for us before finding one that we really liked. We are now the owners of a home in Port St. Lucie that we are very happy with! Megan went above and beyond in so many ways. She is really a phenomenal real estate agent and an incredibly nice individual.

Megan was a wonderful agent to work with. She got our house closed in a few weeks. Very easy to work with. She was also very helpful in answering questions and concerns with relocating to a new state. We were also always able to get her on the phone when we needed to. The wife and I highly recommend her as an agent.

We selected the Megan Schoner based on reviews we saw online and we were so lucky to have chosen her. We worked with Megan Schoner and she was wonderful! She had a great knowledge of the surrounding area and she knew exactly what we were looking for. She was very responsive to our needs and was always available when we needed her to be. Anyone looking to purchase a home would be lucky to work with Megan Schoner!

Unfortunate we put a offer on a house that was overpriced, and we decided to walk away went the owner was to difficult to worked with it, and Megan cautioned advice us to keep looking because that home was overpriced anyway, and guess what! She was right!

We went back to our first home in Jacksonville. But the falling week, we went back..! To Port St. Lucie! again, and she helped us find the right house! in the right neighborhood! for the right price!. She was patient as we traveled from Jacksonville to Port St Lucie look at homes over several weeks.

In short, She was always on our side working to make our second house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Megan was that she was always more focused on answering our questions about the area, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs. We would recommend Megan Schoner to anyone that we come across, because she is so professional, trustworthy and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.

We are very grateful..! because after closing the deal, she still stay in touch with us to see how we doing, and we are very happy to tell her how much we loved our new home, in a nice! area, with our beautiful...! lake in the back, to enjoy a our perfect retirement years to come.
