I’m Meghan Schollian, a full-time real estate professional with Gavish Real Estate, proudly serving Henderson and the greater Las Vegas area. Born and raised in Henderson, I bring a deep understanding of the local market, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make Southern Nevada unique.

I work alongside my mom, Pam Schollian, as a mother-daughter real estate team allows us to provide a high-touch, personalized experience rooted in strong communication, availability, and results.

With a strong focus on the luxury market, I hold the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation and am known for my elevated marketing approach, attention to detail, and strategic pricing. As a full-time agent, I am fully committed to my clients—guiding them through every step of the process with professionalism, transparency, and care.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m spending time with my twin boys—most often on the baseball field—making memories and staying actively involved in their lives.
