We decided to take the leap and move from Denver to Traverse City. We had a slow start with a different agent until Meg Zammit rescued us. She took the time to get to know us and learn more about our needs and wants. Her knowledge and connections really helped to put us in a position to make competitive offers. We leaned on Meg a lot when it came to questions about the area, value of the home, and other various opinions. She was easy to reach and was super helpful when coordinating both in-person and virtual showings. Buying a home that you only saw via Facetime can seem risky, but not with Meg! I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family, especially those considering a move from out of state.

We can’t say enough amazing things about Meg! We recently decided to move to the TC area and having Meg to answer all our questions was a game changer! We knew we wanted to find a unique and special house, and she 100% understood what we were looking for and helped us find it! Buying a house in a new area without family or friends nearby can be extra challenging but Meg made us feel like we had all the support we could need! She made the house buying experience genuinely easy and as stress free as It can be. Meg has been nothing but inviting, helpful, and FUN- who knew buying a house could be so much fun?? Honestly we are a little disappointed that we won’t get to tour houses with her anymore! Meg has truly made this experience so great and we are so lucky we had her as our realtor/welcome guide/life coach to the Traverse city area- she’s the best!

Meg is a phenomenal realtor (and human). She found my wife and I the perfect home during the wild housing market in 2021 and got us an unimaginable deal. I would refer Meg to anyone! She is knowledgeable, has great connections and supports the LGBTQ+ community.

Meg is also a great fit if you are interested in moving to Northern Michigan and are unfamiliar with the area or are a first time home buyer, both were the case for us.

We found Meg through some acquaintances . My spouse took a job in the Traverse City area. She was working Monday through Thursday in TC. While I was 100 miles away. Last house we bought was 30 years ago. As we were looking at different houses, I was always on video chat, so I can see what it looked like. Meg was very honest, and a trooper. Not knowing the area. We dragged Meg all over the place. When we found our forever home. She made the paperwork very easy. A lot was done through the computer. If you want someone that's very knowledge about the Traverse City and surrounding area, and knows her stuff, with a great personality. Meg Zammit, is the woman for you. We love her and you will too.

Meg made ,what I thought would be, a complicated process of selling my Dad’s home through the probate process into a simple and straightforward experience. She presented the house beautifully including aerial views of the property. The property sold for top dollar in a manner of weeks and her knowledge of the probate system made the closing seem less and effortless

Meg is an AMAZING Realtor! We live out of State, and needed to sell a property in Michigan, that was in probate. She was incredible knowledgeable and extremely responsive. She went above and beyond at every turn, from an extremely well crafted listing, to amazing photos, all which got us a full price offer in a matter of DAYS! And if that wasn't enough, she even went out of her way to pick up court papers so we could close quickly! It was so easy working with Meg! The TC market can be VERY challenging. But Meg was diligent, had the inside scoop, and offered helpful advice (you know, no one will deliver pizza out this far…). Buying a house is stressful, but closing on a house the same week a global pandemic brings the entire world to a grinding stop is even more stressful!
