Always there when you need them, always knowledgeable, and in the rare case where she doesn’t know the answer to a question, she knows how to find it. Fantastic, professional job on the brochure! Seldom do I feel inspired to write about business but once in a while someone comes along that possesses all the traits that you want to see in a person or a business. Meghann represents so many but I will attempt to say a few.... smart, responsive, passionate, knowledgeable, caring, professional, and most importantly authentic. Considering this was our 6th home sell, we have a pretty good understanding of the stress and anxiety selling and purchasing a home can be. However, Meghann’s guidance and professionalism made this sell the most comfortable and stress-free process that it could be. I was comfortable working with her and found the results impressive. My house was under contract in 4 days while the market here averages a year-plus. I attribute this to Meghann’s ability in social medial and electronic marketing. In addition, after the initial contract, she smoothed communications and details to ensure closure.
