Meital and her team were very thorough and efficient in the preparation of marketing our property and showcased all the highlights and benefits of the home. The photos were professional and maximized the views, quality and details of our home to ensure the best price. Meital handled our needs with professionalism and warmth one could ask of a friend. Our families needs were respected and we were never "ambushed" and expected to show the property to a random passer by or at the last minute. The only "last minute" showing was to the ultimate buyers. Meital is exceptional in every respect. She is immensely knowledgeable about a wide range of important factors from market trends and investment potential to design and renovation issues to contract and negotiating technicalities. She is amazingly responsive, highly organized, covers all angles and details, and is completely upfront, transparent, and honest. We really appreciated and in fact deeply valued her no-nonsense opinions about neighborhoods, house features, negotiations, renovation ideas and potential, everything. She was also extremely patient with us as we went back and forth on which neighborhood would be best for us, what kind of house we wanted, and how much renovation we could tolerate. She made us feel like we were her only clients, which we were not, and always had plenty of time for us to show houses or just discuss options. It was clear that her main goal was for us to be happy at the end of the day. When we finally found a house we wanted to purchase, she had suggestions and options for people to do inspections, repairs, mortgage, insurance, and the rest. She did not push them on us, but we ended up using all of her suggestions and each of them turned out to be fantastic. For mortgage and insurance, her contacts (she gave several options) had better deals than our own trusted people and we went with hers. Meital also proved to be extremely level-headed and smart when our negotiations and our closing got a little hairy. She was a voice of reason when our emotions started to get the best of us. UPDATE: Recently sold a house with Meital's help. It was during the pandemic lockdown and we couldn't believe that Meital found a buyer and we completed the transaction within a month of listing! Meital Taub and her team recently helped market and sell our late sister's house in Newport Coast. Neither my brother and I live in Orange County so we were concerned about the logistics of the process.

Meital and her group arranged for help from stagers, painters and other talented and reliable craftspeople who helped us get the property ready for sale. She helped us arrive at a fair price for the property. The first weekend's open houses resulted in multiple offers. Meital helped us choose and negotiate the best offer.

Her group shepherded us through the process of inspections and repairs. Everyone she recommended was efficient and reasonably priced. Because we were not there to supervise the work, we relied on Meital to make sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner.

All of this took place in what has become extremely trying times because of the COVID-19 virus which affected all our lives in the middle of escrow. Meital and crew made sure we went through escrow as rapidly as possible.

This was our first home purchase in California. Initially we weren’t in a hurry but Ashleigh (Meital’s assistant) worked patiently behind the scenes gathering info and inventory to present to us. We were 8 months pregnant with our second child when our landlord said we needed to move in three months because he was selling the home we were renting. Besides being totally overwhelmed, we had no direction in our housing search; should we rent or buy, go for our dream home or be a fiscally conservative, downsize or expand. This was the state in which we met Meital. She completely dedicated herself to finding our family a home… not just a house.

She began by showing us the full range and then was able to hone in on our feedback to narrow the field to “our style,” something we hadn’t even been able to articulate ourselves.

She also did not try a steer us towards what would make her profits bigger, but what really fit for us. For example, she took the rental option seriously and showed a ton of rentals that would have clearly meant a tiny drop in the bucket for her given the amount of daily effort she was putting in for us.

Additionally, as an absolute personal loving gesture, she became buds with our three year old which afforded me the capacity to quickly assess a place and move on to the next. Her warmth made en enormous difference, as one can imagine that schlepping a 3 year old around to 5 viewings a day while 8 months pregnant is hardly anyone’s idea of fun.

We landed our perfect home when Meital called us to tell us that a fantastic home had just come on the market. She was able to get us in immediately, even before the broker’s preview. Before anyone else had a chance to bid, we had already put in an offer and were in negotiations. She knows how to maneuver things to put her clients at an advantage, which is essential in this cutthroat real-estate market that we all have to navigate.

During the escrow process we had our second child and Meital basically made everything happen. She responded to every inquiry immediately and thoughtfully and even kept track of all of the things that my “baby brain” was not able to.
She connected us to solid insurance and loan professionals who came through during an intense family moment when we struggled to follow through. Meital was present for all of the inspections which meant a lot to us given our family demands. She made it all happen in the end.

In sum, I admire her professionally and personally. She is incredibly committed, smart, competent, and caring. We truly felt taken care of by her during an incredibly stressful time. Anyone who is lucky enough to have the opportunity to have Meital on their side is setting themselves up success.
