Shout out to the most patient and humble agent that I have worked with. In a process that demands perseverance, it wasn’t an easy journey to submit an offer plenty of times and got rejected. During this process, it would be a lie if I said that I wasn’t exhausted but Miku’s hope in the process was restoring my faith after each failure. Besides, as a first home buyer, I had gazillions of questions which needed clarification and Miku was there to respond meticulously.

I sometimes wondered how he managed his composure after being asked all those questions from a buyer like me. Plus, I worked with other agents before him who had attitudes whenever they were asked few questions. Unlike them, I never heard him raise his voice while nagging him for the past 5 months.

Although my energy was drained b/c of the search, his extra effort to help his clients finally paid off as he found the house that meets my criteria and asked me what I thought about it. I liked the house and made it my home. Whoever has a plan to procure property in the DMV area, they won’t regret it if they choose him as their agent. Miku assisted me and my wife with the purchase of our first home. He had very good knowledge of the NACA process and helped us to expedite our approval letter with a very short time. Had it not been for Miku it would have taken us 3-6 Months longer. His professionalism and knowledge within the industry is something I can’t say enough. He has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the client’s best interests in mind.

He does a great job of listening to his client’s needs and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet the client’s objectives.
