Mel was referred to me to help me sell my home before the Holidays 2020. He knew the neighborhood and schools very well and actually lived close by. Setting up the listing, pictures and pricing was immediate. He scheduled everything back to back with no delays. He went on to market the property and had 12 showings in 3 weeks...sold for asking price in less than 30 days. I could not have been more happier with him personally and professionally. Also, he was bi-lingual which played a major roll! I would re-hire Mel in a heartbeat on the next one I do. Great guy, great job!
