My name is Melanee Woodman, Owner and Broker of Ocean Dunes Realty. I’ve been a full-time Realtor since 2015 and am proud to have consistently ranked among the top agents in Coos County for the past eight years.
My husband, Marlin, and I are proud Oregon natives and have called the Coos Bay/North Bend area home since 1995.
In 2021, I partnered with Kelly King, and together we successfully closed over 80 transactions in 2024. Helping buyers and sellers across a wide range of property types and price points.
Marlin, who has also been a licensed Realtor since 2015, plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in our business. He manages marketing, advertising, and strategic planning, all while continuing his work as a Registered Nurse at Bay Area Hospital.
