About Melanie

My husband and I came to the Thousand Islands area of upstate New York in 1995. We fell in love with the area, the St. Lawrence River and Lake Ontario. We were also amazed at the affordable home prices. In 1997 we decided to become full time residents of the Thousand Islands; choosing Cape Vincent as our hometown. After living here for about a year I decided to explore a new career option and I was drawn to real estate. I found my true passion. There is nothing better than helping people sell and buy homes.
