and the fact that she grew up in the Opelika area drew us to her; and it was the best decision we could have made. When the time came to list the house, she did a great job of staging it for us, which added greater warm and a homey atmosphere for the buyers to see. When we first contacted her, the house needed a lot of work before we could put it on the market. Melanie had a local contractor for every issue we couldn't handle ourself. Melanie was absolutely phenomenal! I cannot say enough positive things about her and her family. This was our first home and Melanie walked through each step of the process with us with kindness and patience. She never got frustrated with our questions or made us feel bad for having a plethora of questions. I have worked with 5 realtors to date because I have moved frequently and I have never had a better experience than when working with Melanie. Melanie is extremely responsive and she works completely on her client's behalf. She has great contacts and they all work to answer any questions and help you find exactly what you need. I was starting to believe that realtors were an unnecessary expense due to previous bad experiences, but my hope is that Melanie can represent me and my family and my friends if any of us ever are in need of a realtor again. We could not have asked for a better person to sell our home. Melanie had been our neighbor for many years and knew the neighborhood. Whenever we saw her she always had a big smile. Even though our house had a solid offer after being on the market for only 9 days, the Corona virus weighed in on the buyer’s mortgage process. What we though would b a quick closing, turned in weeks of waiting for the process to complete. All along, she kept us posted on what was happening with a positive outlook and words of encouragement. She worked closely with the loan officer to bring us to closing earlier than anticipated. I don’t think the sale would have been as smooth and professionally handled through any other agent. Since the sale, we have been happy to recommend Melanie to friends in the neighborhood who are considering selling their homes.

She is so professional, patient, and knows the market better than any realtor I have met. After years of hoping, planning, and praying for an opportunity to move to Auburn we finally decided it was time. We chose Melanie Fuller to help us find the perfect home because she was not only our friend but also because we had seen first hand her hard work and determination in helping others find the right place. I am so glad we did!!

Melanie put in plenty of hours researching neighborhoods and builders and was in constant contact with us recommending properties based on our needs and wants. When we finally decided on a house, that's when Melanie really went to work! She determined what concessions the builder should allow, and despite their initial protestations, they finally relented and signed the contract.
