and the fact that she grew up in the Opelika area drew us to her; and it was the best decision we could have made. Melanie was absolutely phenomenal! I cannot say enough positive things about her and her family. This was our first home and Melanie walked through each step of the process with us with kindness and patience. She never got frustrated with our questions or made us feel bad for having a plethora of questions.
