thank you for helping my parents sell their house. they had another realtor that couldn’t make the sell in 6 months and Melanie was able to find a buyer within the first 2 weeks of the house being on the market. she completely took control of the whole sell from finding roofers and plumbers to finding stagers. This helped them out a lot since we live out of state. she truly helped them out a lot with this whole sale. we are incredibly thankful for everything she helped us with.

Melanie was very helpful with introducing us to Real Vitalize. so any repairs could come out of our proceeds of the sale. Melanie was more than helpful in finding us a new home. She was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great condo even when I was out of town! She had no issue FaceTiming to show each home that I was interested in. A lot was done through calls, messaging, and video calling and she remained extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions. We definitely would not have been able to close on the home without her persistence!

We did a contingency offer moving from Oregon to Washington and I simply can’t say enough for how amazing Melanie was. She was able to answer any questions I ever had, big or small, and was always in touch. Being a few hours away, she was incredibly helpful with doing virtual walkthroughs of houses.
