Melanie Marsh

A Pittsburgh native, I began my real estate career flipping homes before becoming a full-time agent in 2019 and launching the Melanie Marsh Team at Compass in 2021. My extensive professional sales background combined with an enthusiasm for the science of real estate and first-hand experience buying, renovating, staging and re-selling my own properties are the rocks upon which I have now built a highly customer service-centered real estate business for my clients, empowering buyers and sellers to make confident decisions in today’s complex market while having fun in the process. I was named Pittsburgh Real Producers Magazine’s “Superstar on the Rise” in 2022, in addition to earning a spot in “Who’s Who in Residential Real Estate” by the Pittsburgh Business Times for achieving $16MM in sales that same year.

My greatest joys are in connecting people, helping others succeed, and making big ideas happen. I am an active member of the Pittsburgh North Regional Chamber and both Cranberry and Pittsburgh chapters of 100 Women Who Care; I also serve on the board of a fantastic non-profit organization called VolunTOTS, which empowers kids and their parents to get involved together in volunteering.

I live in Cranberry Township with my husband Luke and our 2 boys, Louis and Sam.
