This past summer my wife and I purchased a condo in Ellicottville NY. It was a difficult purchase to make in the middle of the pandemic but Melanie's team really helped us navigate the entire process. Even after purchasing the house we still reach out to Melanie about questions regarding the town. One night we drove 2 hours to the condo and realized that we had locked ourselves out of the house by leaving the keys at home. Melanie was able to contact the HOA supervisor for us and help us get into our house at very late hours. My point is that Melanie didn't stop helping us once she sold us the condo but still helps us to this day. Lastly, during the entire process Melanie's team took Covid-19 as seriously as we all should. She came with extra masks, hand sanitizer to share, and allowed us to navigate through the house while maintaining social distancing guidelines.
