She has lived in the Lake Norman area for over 30 years. She is originally from Maryland, but North Carolina is where Melanie calls home. Family is very important to her. Melanie was great through this entire process. Always available for any of my questions. It's been 16 years since I've bought a house, and she made the entire experience a pleasure. Her professionalism was top notch. She was a strong advocate acting as liason between myself and the bank that dropped some last minute requirements for the mortgage. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area to seek out Melanie.

Melanie Romano made the crazy and stressful process of buying a house as easy as she could. By always being available for questions and doing whatever it takes to get you the house you want. In our case she even drove to another state for paperwork to be signed to close on time because of a oversight by our lender. In short the best realtor out there in our opinion.
