Melinda’s career was launched in 2005 on the beautiful Outer Banks NC, relocating back to roots of Hampton Roads VA in 2014. She is knowledgeable of Hampton Roads and Eastern NC, licensed in both states. In addition to home sales, Melinda is also an instructor of the pre licensing real estate course for Churchland Academy of Real Estate.
