About Melinda

Melinda was born and raised in Georgia, grew up in Stone Mountain, attended University of Georgia and has been living in Flowery Branch for 17 years. Melinda is married and has an 18-year-old son at Buford High School. She has been in real estate for 20 years and started out working for ERA United Realty that her husband and his partner owned. They sold the company to Metro Brokers where she became licensed and began selling real estate in 2009. A few years later she transferred her license to Keller Williams in Buford, continued to grow her business and fell in love with the community. As her son was getting older, she decided to make the move to new home sales. Melinda started with Hillwood Realty in early 2020 and began selling new construction.
