Melinda made the selling process so seamless. She had our house sold in less than a week for over the list price. She didn't stop there and continued to help and be available for everything that came up. I was selling my house while my husband had already relocated. Completing the process while living with just my small children was very stressful and she remained very understanding and went out of her way to take anything off my plate. Even after we closed on our house Melinda stuck around to help us, she wasn't in it for only the commission check. We had several problems after we moved in related to the builders of our home but she actually fought for us and called them until the issue was resolved even though she didn't have to. Melinda is an outstanding Real Estate Professional in every sense of the word. Let me explain. In the fall of 2014 I inherited a home in a very desirable area of Torrance. Unfortunately it was too much of a commute for me to keep up with in my daily life, so I called Melinda to set up an appointment to come by and discuss the idea of selling. She was spot on with the asking price compared to other houses in this desirable area. She told me don't worry about anything, this will go fast and I will guide you through the entire process. I immediately felt I was in excellent hands. The first day of the listing we had the first offer of full ask! We had several more offers over the asking price, and within 5 days had sold the house, over the asking price! Time was of the essence locating a new place to move to, so I once again enlisted Melinda's help, and within less than a week I found my dream condo much closer to work.
