We had a great experience. Melinda and Drema were recommended by a friend who is also an EXP realtor. We had to sell a house out of state after our sister passed away and Melinda and Drema were professional, responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were sympathetic and did a fantastic job analyzing the market value, listing the property, walking us through the selling process, and coordinating the sale. Deciding to go with Melinda and Drema was the smartest choice we could have made when buying and selling a house. From start to finish we felt like their only client.
