Melinda is absolutely phenomenal to work with. She guided me every step of the way towards the purchase of my first home. Detail oriented and was professional the entire time. No matter what time I needed/wanted to talk, she was always responsive. Melinda kept me patient and positive the entire way.

After the successful purchase of the house, she brought to my attention a way to eliminate debt in as little as 10 years compared to 30 years.

I am so grateful and blessed that Melinda is still here guiding me.

Melinda has been such a blessing to my mother and I. We had to sell our condo as soon as possible as we were moving out of state. She had our listing up the same day we called her and we had an offer the following day. Melinda was my selling agent. She went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me to prepare my home for showings and eventual sale. The day pictures were being taken, she was there polishing all the windows and glass to be sure everything was shining. The day showings began, she told me exactly what to have done so my home showed beautifully. She read every offer and helped me choose the best one for me. She was super responsive and timely with every question I had. I would highly recommend Melinda Chapman as your selling agent.

Melinda was also my buying agent. She was very responsive when I would find a house. Most times, we would go see the house the same day. She was ready at any time. She helped me point out issues (good and bad) for every house I would look at. Once I had an accepted offer, she was very helpful on the inspection. Melinda simply made the whole process so much easier for me and was right there with me the entire time. Again, I would highly recommend Melinda Chapman was your buying agent.

Melinda was so helpful and such a blessing in our home buying experience. My husband and I are first time home buyers. There are so many emotions that come along with that. Melinda is a fantastic agent! Her written communication skills are superb. She is hard working and caring. I sold my house to her clients, and I saw her advocate for them while maintaining a professional and ultra-polite demeanor with my agent. Melinda sets the standard for how real estate should be handled because she ensures her clients are well represented yet also makes the client on the other side feel good about the entire transaction.
