Melinda Clemmer

Melinda's childhood was like a good country song. She grew up in a small town outside of Lake Isabella and came to Bakersfield in high school. Her dad was a contractor and she spent summers in the back of his truck watching him work and helping with projects. She stayed local for college, and worked at a pool contractor’s office learning and managing their books. After graduating from California State University Bakersfield with a degree in communications, Melinda started her career in property management in Bakersfield. Over the years, she gained and refined skills in construction, client relations, and accounting that enabled them to build a portfolio including 50+ residential complexes, multi-million dollar industrial properties, and single-family homes. She works diligently to advocate for her clients and their investments.
