Eddie and Melinda were awesome realtors! They were very professional and made me feel like I was their only clients!! What I loved the most was that it didn't matter what time of the day or night Melinda WAS VERY QUICK TO RESPOND WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS I MAY OF HAD!! Also, when I saw a house I was interested in Melinda jumped right on it to make sure I would get to see it. I could tell that Melinda cared and wanted to make sure my family and I found a nice house instead of just trying to put me in any house. I highly recommend the Crosslins to anyone looking to buy or sell their house. I honestly don't think I would be in my beautiful home as quickly as I did if it wasn't for them!

I took my house that for sale off the market with another agent that was horrible and re listed with Melinda and I had four offers with in 2 days after it was listed. They are my Management company.
Always being honest. decent and very helpful when
a quick solutions needed for my houses.
They treated me like a family.
As far as maintenance goes I could not find a better management company.
Managing houses abroad can be very challenging unless you use professionals.

Melinda and Eddie were great to work with. I know this doesn't happen for everyone but they were able to find us a great home within a week!! I am a picky person so I was so surprised when we actually found a house in 1 week!! WOW!! My husband and I were moving back to the area from FL so they were able to work with us while we visited and helped me with everything since I was out of the state.
