She is thrilled to be a part of the Dreams Realty team who specializes in Rental and Residential Resale. Previously she had been a broker’s assistant for approximately five years. Melinda has experience with buyers, sellers, property management and residential rehabs. Melinda currently has several rental properties and has purchased and flipped several homes.

Melinda is family centered. She is married to her high school sweetheart and they have two beautiful children together. Melinda will graduate in July 2014 with her Bachelors degree in Psychology from Liberty University. In her free time she enjoys reading, house hunting, shopping and spending time with family. Melinda is involved with her church and was previously a Rotary member. She is a volunteer member of her local counties Family Assessment Planning Team.
