Melinda Lawson

My name is Melinda Lawson and I am the Broker / Owner with Cardinal Realty Solutions. I am a native of Rutherford County and have seen the county grow extensively over the years. I still live in Rutherford County with my husband Kevin and my daughters Amber and Britney. When I am not helping someone with their Real Estate needs you will probably find me spending time with my husband and girls camping or at the lake. I serve on the Community Relations Committee at MTAR where we work with numerous charities and events around Murfreesboro to give back to our community. I also attend church locally here in Smyrna.
Real Estate to me is the opportunity to help someone move from one point in their life to another point with kindness, honesty, support, attention to detail, and guidance. Selling or buying a home can be a stressful time in someone’s life without the knowledge and guidance a realtor can bring. It is my job to help you get to that next phase with as little stress as possible. With each new buyer or seller I take time to sit with them and go over the process so they can prepare themselves for what to expect. Though my office is in Rutherford County I do serve the entire Middle TN area and look forward to serving you.
