My expertise is in residential real estate in Berks County. My main areas are staging your home to get the absolute most for your home. I have worked for the past thirteen years in a building product home store. I have extensive knowledge in understanding what the buyers are looking for and what will increase the value of your home. I will work with you throughout the entire process. I have 10 years experience in flipping homes and love to work with others who want to flip homes or build a rental portfolio. I love making my client happy - there is no question that I will get the job done in an efficient manner that is enjoyable for all parties. Our industry is extremely time sensitive, so I will let you know quickly where you stand with your current buying or selling situation so we can move on quickly to another property or potential buyer. Making a difference in the community is important to me. I am currently involved in Voice Up for Berks County. My family and I volunteer at the food pantry, Field of Dreams, and Can Structure for Hunger. I currently coach Girls on the Run and have been on the CYO board at St. Ignatius for 10 years. Prior to real estate, I was in the building product industry. The experiences I had and skills I learned carry over by helping me to identify what is needed in a home on both the listing and selling side. The building product store is a family business which allows me to keep educating myself and stay on top of what is new. I am able to stage every home if the client wants me to.
