i was referred to Melinda Randall by my previous realtor since I was moving to Texas. Buying a home when you are out of state can be a challenge but Melinda was there to answer questions and guide me every step of the way. She is very passionate about her job and looked out for my best interest when negotiating home purchase. During the loan process she was in constant communication with loan agent and Melinda even dealt with issues that came up so I wouldn't have to stress, making the entire process a smooth transaction.
