My wife and I were very intimidated by the current Denver housing market, and we could not have dreamt up a better guide than Mindi. I would highly recommend Mindi to sell your home. She sold my home before officially putting it on the market at higher sale price than quoted to me by other realtors wanting to sell my home. Could call that being in the right place at the right time, but working with Mindi and generating this sale was so much more than good luck. I did everything remotely as I live in Indiana and sold my home in Morrison that I had owned for 5 years. Mindi did everything for me from taking the trash cans to the curb, to calling contractors for quotes, to working with the people installing the new microwave. The home warranty she offered the buyers out of her commission I assume enticed the buyers to move quickly on my property, and saved me on the minor repairs suggested by the inspector. We vacated the home on the 1st, received offer on 3rd, and closed on April 23rd. Mindi stayed in constant communication through the process and kept everything moving forward ahead of schedule. I never had to wait for responses to any of my questions, same with the title company and the buyer’s realtor requests; I always saw quick responses on all the communications. I was very fortunate to be able to work with Mindi, she made this extremely busy time in my life much easier to get through.
