Melinda Springer

Melinda has spent her life living and working in the greater Savannah area. From exploring the downtown area, boating to Ossabaw Island, to spending summer days in the sun at the beach, there is always something new and fun to do. She has 19 years of experience in Real Estate, working on site selling new construction and at an independent Brokerage. Educating Buyers and Sellers on Real Estate transactions and carrying the process to fruition gives her great joy!

After purchasing rental properties, she dove into educating herself on property management and started the Property Management division at Carole Paul Realty.

Melinda now manages approximately one hundred properties for owners, most of whom live out of the area. She strives for open communication with both Homeowners and Tenants resulting in long term relationships.

Melinda and her husband have three handsome, rambunctious boys who keep them laughing and on our toes. To add to the chaos, they welcomed two teacup poodles into her home a few years ago. Her husband served in the military for several years. After his service was completed, he continued his career in the Aviation industry where he is currently an Analyst in Publications. Their favorite times together are spent outdoors and on quick getaways. Savannah is just a quick trip away from so many exciting vacation destinations.
