I was faced with selling an property in Oregon while living across the country in New York and during a pandemic . I was given Melinda's name from a family member that was familiar with the area. Melinda was amazing!! Five stars are not enough for all she did to get the house ready, and see it through to the closing! Once Melinda started in, she had people there cutting lawn, cleaning, and staging the furniture even cleaning off roof and washing front of house, When the house was ready for the market she put it on and it sold the same day at above asking!!!! During the time leading up closing as issues arose from home inspection / requirements for closing Melinda was able to find someone to take care of it, including well and pump work, septic tank work, interior sheet rocking and electrical work, all wile keeping a close eye on keeping cost low. Melinda kept me in the loop at all times I would hear from her 2-3 times a week or more she would also send pictures to show work being done. I never once felt she was leading me to pay for work that was not needed. I feel with all her work we were able to sell the property and give the new home owners a place they can be proud of for years to come. I cant praise Melinda enough for all she did. If you are looking for a realtor that will work hard for you and has integrity to do whats right Melinda is the one! thank you Melinda for all you did!
