Melissa Balma

Having made Mount Shasta her home for over thirty years, Melissa considers her knowledge of the area to be extensive and her love for the community to be genuine. There is no place she would rather be, and she wants to share that commitment by helping others find their dream homes here in the place we locals call Heaven on Earth!

Siskiyou County offers an abundance of outdoor recreation and adventures. Melissa, her husband, and their two sons take full advantage of what this amazing place has to offer. She enjoys many outdoor activities, such as hiking and biking the many wilderness trails surrounding the area, skiing and snowboarding, gardening on their two acres, taking care of her chickens, two dogs and a cat. Her husband and she love raising their two boys here in this amazing town and community.

Her work background has always involved customer service. From local banking to managing their downtown family print shop, she has strived to build meaningful relationships and strengthen her connections to the people that make this community special. Melissa's entry into the world of Real Estate was a natural transition. She hopes to bring her love and enthusiasm for this area to her job and will pledge to work for you in finding that perfect buyer or placing you in the perfect house that will make you say, " I'm Home."
