Melissa Barnes

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio (Go Cavs, Go Indians and Maybe Go Browns someday ) I moved to Florida to finish up my College at the University of Central Florida (oh yes Go Knights) where I obtained a Bachelors Degree in Statistics. From there I decided to move to The Villages Area and work for The Villages at their Hometown Bank Citizens First as a Administrative Assistant to the Senior Vice President of the bank. At the time I didn't feel that was a challenging enough career for me so I decided to start with our very own ERA Grizzard Real Estate!

In 2002 I started with ERA Grizzard Real Estate as an Office Coordinator and I soon realized how much I love the Real Estate Business and this company!!! I moved up from there into a Branch Manager position while obtaining my Sales License and Brokers License along the way.

In 2007 I moved to The Villages Office to become the Director of Sales there. I have such a passion for The Villages Market and for my customers.
