A graduate of Washington State University, Melissa has spent her entire professional career in sales and marketing, connecting the customer to products and places she believes in. Previously in the health and fitness industry, Melissa pivoted to real estate where she quickly found success in representing new development sales. Her seasoned insight into each development and what makes them stand apart from other living opportunities in the city allows her to position each buyer with a home that fits their specific needs.

Specializing in new construction condominiums, Melissa has sold over 1,000 residences across eight new construction projects. Her ability to hone relationships with developers while also forging partnerships with buyers seeking an in-city lifestyle, allows her to see and negotiate every crucial side of the project, and those whose needs they will meet. She’s seen both sides of the spectrum, too, experiencing selling condos in the extremes of both a buyers’ and sellers’ market.
