Melissa went above and beyond to find my wife and I the house of our dreams: she was very thorough in her research of the properties, was a strong negotiator on our behalf and gave us a sense for what was a good deal and what wasn't, making the whole buying experience feel a lot less stressful because we knew she had our best interest in mind. By far our best experience with a realtor. We highly recommend working with her. We definitely will if we're ever back in the market.

I have been working with Melissa as a lender partner for a long time. She is extremely professional and organized. She is diligent in finding the right house for her buyer clients and goes above and beyond for her seller clients. Being in the business as long as I've been doing mortgages, it is always refreshing to see a realtor putting the client first.

In just a few short weeks, she was able to find a newly renovated apartment that is big enough for our larger family and within our price range. Melissa worked with us to sell our old home and find a new one. She did a wonderful job keeping up with us as we sent her listing after listing of homes we wanted to see. She even showed up in a bride's maid dress after a morning wedding to show us a property!

Melissa also carved out a massive amount of time with us to have some difficult conversations in regards to both the selling and purchasing process.

With children it can be difficult to view homes adequately but with Melissa around, our son was engaged throughout the process and freed us to pay attention to detail in each home.

She's incredibly driven and focused on being the best realtor possible for both her and her client's sake.
