If you want to sell your home, contact Melissa. First class service all the way. Melissa provided us with a game plan to sell our home, when and how we wanted it. Her organization arranged and managed almost everything, and after one weekend, we had NINE offers all of which exceeded our listing price. Many exceeded our expectations. I will use her services again and recommend you do the same. Great experience!

Melissa was amazing to work with! She is very outgoing and knowledgeable in her field. We have bought and sold homes over the years with different realtors, but this was by far the best experience we have had with a realtor! I didn't have to worry whether things were being taken care of because she was so proactive at every step, without being pushy about anything. She was consistently easy to contact and responsive to any issues that came up. We built a home this time around and it was our first experience with building. We had a major problem with the house that went undetected through the process due to no fault of hers or the inspector. We contacted her for advice in how to resolve the issue because it went so far beyond the scope of typical warranty repairs. We didn't expect much since we had already closed on the home and her job was really “done” at that point. Not only did she walk with us through each step of resolution, but she was very proactive and took the initiative to contact the builder herself. Her expertise helped significantly in negotiating a very difficult repair. The builder immediately responded and handled every detail in a timely manner. I think her focus on relationships is what ultimately has lead to her success as a realtor. We will definitely call her in the future for any real estate needs!
