Her experience ranges from a project manager role in working closely with developers to prepare and properly position their developments in the marketplace by creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, pricing analysis, developing budget, sales strategies, floor plan critique, to assisting the clients with front elevation design and decorator choices during the onsite selling process.

Single Family Custom Built Homes have been Melissa’s primary focus in the years past; however, Intown Multifamily Living is also an area of Melissa’s expertise having spent the last 12 years marketing and selling Upscale Townhomes. The unique style of selling that Melissa brings with her allows her to exceed sales goals regardless of market conditions.
