Buying and finding a home during this current market was not an easy task. However, Melissa made everything easier. Melissa was very professional as well as personal, my stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met. Melissa is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system. Anytime there was a house I wanted to see, Melissa moved fast as houses were flying off the market. She negotiated and helped me obtain my first home, she also worked hard to make sure things like repairs were fixed. Melissa and her team are amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home, you won’t regret it!

We worked with Melissa for nearly 4 months to find a home for our family. We made 10+ offers; today's market is tough. At times I felt like we were wasting her time but she always reassured us that we were going to make this happen no matter what.

Melissa is as persistent and professional as they come. She will fight for you. She knows the ins and outs of the community and the home buying process. Her opinions and insight were so valuable to us during this experience. I know she always had our best interest at heart and never once had to question that. Melissa was great in every way, she took control over repairs of our rental property that we were selling. She had it ready to go in about a week, and sold in less than a day over asking price. During escrow she kept me informed every step of the way, without my having to ask her for status. I would highly recommend her for buying or selling.

Melissa being very knowledgeable with so much experience made me feel comfortable in every situation along the way. Melissa checked in routinely. Always checking in making sure if i had any questions. She sent me plenty of options when first trying to find the right home and listened to the specific wants and features i was looking for.
