One of the key reasons I worked with Melissa Harvey was because she truly listened to what type of property
and the location I was interested in. She is attentive, professional, and very helpful to first-time homebuyers
navigating the home-buying journey. Her recommendations were excellent while at the same time were not
forceful - again due to her professional presence and expedient way of conducting real estate property

Melissa is amazing!!! We found her online and reached out via email and I couldn't be happier with her services! When we first started talking about our big move to the mountains she met with us on a family trip and showed us different houses and answered lots of questions we had about the area before we were even "ready" to move and buy. She did this just so we could get a feel for it and make sure it was somewhere we could see our family settling. We kept in contact over the months and when the time came and we were ready she was available and responsive for everything we needed, even though she was very busy with other clients at the same time. She knows her stuff and makes sure to get everything done correctly. She assisted us with contractors, inspectors and much more at the home we were buying since we were out of the area during the purchase!
