Melissa Harvey helped my daughter and I purchase a house in Mt. Shasta. Ca. She was so involved and stayed with us every step of the way. We were buying from NY and This purchase was done long distance. She recommended inspections, accompanied and reported issues (there were several) and helped resolve them. Actually drew floor plans and went beyond what would usually be required. We felt very represented and are happy with our purchase and happy with our broker.

Melissa is amazing!!! We found her online and reached out via email and I couldn't be happier with her services! When we first started talking about our big move to the mountains she met with us on a family trip and showed us different houses and answered lots of questions we had about the area before we were even "ready" to move and buy. She did this just so we could get a feel for it and make sure it was somewhere we could see our family settling. We kept in contact over the months and when the time came and we were ready she was available and responsive for everything we needed, even though she was very busy with other clients at the same time. She knows her stuff and makes sure to get everything done correctly. She assisted us with contractors, inspectors and much more at the home we were buying since we were out of the area during the purchase!
