As a full time Realtor, I am focused on providing high quality service to my customers and clients. I love working with Sellers to prepare homes for sale that will appeal to the highest number of buyers. Selling your home is all about the perception you leave with Buyers, and my psychology background gives me a unique perspective to marketing your home. I provide a Professional Photographer for each of my listings and will make sure your home really shines!

As a Real Estate Investor, I love to help others analyze a future rental property or other investment property. I have experience with short term, mid-term, long term rentals as well as 1031 Exchanges and purchases with self directed IRAs.

Melissa is originally from Portage with long standing family roots to the area. She graduated from San Francisco State University with a BA in Psychology, and returned to Wisconsin in 2004. Melissa has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2005 and loves all things Real Estate!
She lives just outside of Portage with her husband and two sons aged 18 and 14. Time outside of Real Estate is spent with family, boating on Swan Lake, gardening, reading (mostly Real Estate related :) and traveling anywhere possible
