We recently listed our home and I did not know what to expect as it was our first time selling a house. I expected it to be difficult and very time consuming, which I was dreading. I’ve heard many tell me what a nightmare it was when they’ve sold homes. I am so thankful we worked with Melissa, it was honestly the easiest and least stressful process! Finding the right house for us was no easy task, but Melissa was up for the challenge!

We searched, and searched, and searched, and through it all Melissa was there to patiently provide insight and guidance. Although we couldn't specifically put into words what we were looking for she quickly picked up on which properties would and would not be on our radar. Melissa truly knows the local market, and successfully managed our expectations.

Melissa of Luks Realty came highly recommended from friends who had used her in both sales and purchases of homes. From the first showing we attended together, we immediately felt comfortable with Melissa. While the home we viewed had some positive points, Melissa had no qualms about pointing out potential problems with the home. It never once felt like she was trying to make a sale or put any pressure on us as buyers.

Fast forward a few weeks and we found a home we were absolutely in love with. Without any hesitation, Melissa set up a viewing on a Monday evening because it was the only time that worked for us. It was the first of many times Melissa went the extra mile for us, pushed the seller when we asked her to, and used her professionalism to successfully negotiate the purchase of our dream home!

Melissa knows New Fairfield and the surrounding areas so well. She makes herself available any time of day and is always responsive when we reached out.
